DONGGUAN GEMREXS POWER TECH CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as GemRexs POWER) is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of lithium battery packs (PACK). Headquartered in Dongguan's Chuanglong Industrial Park, GemRexs POWER operates a 3,500m² modern facility with a monthly production capacity of 45MWh. Our products serve residential energy storage, electric sightseeing vehicles, e-bikes, RVs, drones, and rechargeable devices, with exports to Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Technical Expertise

Our core team has been dedicated to the lithium battery industry since 2006, bringing nearly two decades of experience in cell applications and PACK integration. GemRexs POWER specializes in lithium-ion and LiFePO₄ battery packs, with mature capabilities in cylindrical and prismatic cell assembly. In 2026, we established a strategic partnership with a renowned pouch cell manufacturer to expand our pouch cell assembly line, completing our PACK capabilities across all three cell formats (cylindrical, prismatic, and pouch).

We maintain a full-process quality control system covering incoming inspection, cell sorting, laser welding, insulation treatment, module assembly, and aging testing. Automated lines and high-precision inspection equipment ensure the safety and consistency of every battery pack. The company holds ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 certifications, along with CE, UL (cell-level), and UN38.3 market approvals.
